Teraterm - Terminal Emulator

Teraterm is a free, open-source terminal emulator for reading serial ports. It replaces MS Windows Hyperterminal for later operating systems that do not include Hyperterminal. Using this terminal program, you will be able to communicate via serial interface with Acuity sensors and scanners. This terminal program functions with Windows 7 64-bit as well.

AR200, AR600, AR700 laser sensor demonstration software
This software is used to quickly and easily view the distance readings from your sensors. The graphical user interface makes it simple to configure most serial settings. The software includes a charting feature as well as an archiving function which saves all data to a text data file. This data can be quickly imported into Excel® for charting and interrogation.

The software is contained in a compact ZIP file that you must download and installed on your PC computer. Unlike previous versions, this software will work with both Windows® XP, Vista and Seven (32 or 64 bit, running .NET Framework 2.0). This software is for simple demonstration purposes only. Full configuration of the sensors can be achieved through Windows® HyperTerminal. See your User's Manual for more information.

AR1000 / AR3000 Distance Measurement Sensors configuration software

This simple program is a graphical terminal emulator which allows you to easily configure the AR3000 and AR1000 sensors. This program is freeware, not developed by Acuity. We make it freely available without technical support.

The program allows for simple configuration, graphing and archiving. The user can set the font for the numbers display as well.

AP620 Profile Scanner Software

This executable program uses the ethernet interface to allow users to configure the laser sensor and save those preferences to the sensor's flash memory. The viewer plots the virtual profile scanned by the device. User's can also capture raw profile data to a text file for later study in MS Excel or other plotting programs.
